Our overall strategy is to meet consumer's needs and meet our customer's needs, and do it in an innovative and disruptive way. The ability to continually and consistently launch new innovations with speed and with excellence is what we're all about as a company. We've been asked whether lightning can strike twice, and we are building a lightning machine here. Innovation has become a way of life. It starts with being fearless in the way we approach innovation. Being curious in the way we approach innovation. Innovation through collaboration. It encourages this generation of scientists to be able to operate in a team fashion. I'm surrounded by a lot of really smart people. Because we work so well together, and we're so highly collaborative, we can be efficient on our goals, on our processes, on the bottom line. We love science. We love working as a team. We all have a lot of experience, a lot of the directors and managers, and CPG companies. So we know what works and what doesn't work. And you come here, and it's wide open. Taking ideas from all sorts of aspects of life. These are the best from aerospace, high-tech environments. And they're using all of their knowledge that they've ever used before and develop very creative new products. That's innovation. Our ability to bring together the science, but also creativity. We have to be able to paint the picture with the flavors, and it has to be a beautiful picture that consumers will love. I'm approached by complete strangers that say, you work for Green Mountain Coffee Roasters? I love your products! I love your Keurig brewers! It's about becoming external. Understanding where the company meets the customer, and then go there. Put our resources there. Put our brains there. Our talent there. And then once we understand that, innovate. Constantly innovate so that we can grow our company in the most powerful way. The difference is that we are never done. We're never satisfied. Other companies, and I have come from the appliance industry, the launch of a product is the end. For us, it's just the beginning. What is the next thing that we can do beyond beverages? Anything that you can make with hot and cold water is going to be our playground. So we are innovating all kinds of new products. We're building our pipeline. I'm really excited about the future. There's so many new, beyond-the-core ideas and products in the pipeline that these next few years are going to be really, really neat. We don't ever want to stop. We always want to be building on our past successes, learning from our failures, and innovate each and every year.
