Summit Brewing Company is a brewery that started in 1986. It'll be 28 years in September, and we're in about 15 states. And we're looking to make about 140,000 barrels of beer this year. We put up some Dry Erase Surfaces in areas where there were existing boards, but also in areas where there were not. It was great to see in existing surfaces where they were able to actually get more space, because being able to cut it right to that size was great. The Dry Erase Surface is helping us communicate problems that we may be having, or tasks that need to be done, in the brew house. So right now we're using it to monitor a fermenter which is being just a little tricky. The Dry Erase Surface is nice that it can be customizable for the area, because some places don't have an area for a traditional whiteboard. Then they started to realize, oh this actually is a good place to take notes. It makes it easier as you're walking through an area that didn't have a place to write a note down, to have it. And there is a little bit of the hangman going on too, because how can you not? As we grow, and as people will see the new Dry Erase Surfaces that we've used, and they might think of ways they could use it. I'm excited to have meetings-- and write stuff!
