Hi, I'm Kasania, creative manager at PlazaDeCaviar, and we are excited to share our sustainable farm to table caviar with you. This set includes the Plaza Royal caviar with mother of pearl spoon, penne, creme fraiche, and a convenient cooler bag. The Royal grade caviar is known for its buttery flavor and clean sip of the sea finish. It has a medium to large grain size and a two-tone color. We raise these sturgeon on our farm in sunny Wilton, California. Our fish are well taken care of and fed an all natural diet. The most traditional way to eat caviar is on pieni with creme fraiche. Be sure to toast the pieni before using them. Four to five minutes in an oven at 350 should do. In a pinch, you can pan fry them. Once they are toasted, let them pull slightly. Add your creme fraiche and top with caviar. If you prefer, you can add some parsley, red onion, or lemon. But we believe in letting the caviar shine.
