How to make “Iced Coffee” featuring Breakfast Blend
Hi, my name is Brian, and I'm here to teach you how to make iced coffee at home. [MUSIC PLAYING] So we're going to start with freshly ground coffee. It should be coarsely ground like sea salt. But the amount is important. Normally, with a coffee press, you would use two tablespoons. But for iced coffee, you're actually going to brew it double strength. So you'll need four tablespoons for every six ounces of water. And then we'll fill the press with hot water. [MUSIC PLAYING] And now we're going to let it brew for four minutes. Next, you're going to press it down slowly. And then finally, we're ready to serve. So you're just going to fill your glass with ice, and then pour it straight from the coffee press. So now you just made iced coffee concentrate, so when the ice melts, it's going to dilute it and balance it out just right. So to customize it, you can add things like milk, simple syrup, or even a scoop of ice cream for really tasty treats. And it's best to use a bright acidic coffee as the acidity comes through when the coffee is brewed hot and then poured over the ice. I love how deliciously refreshing it is. It could be snowing outside, and I'd still drink it. So I think it's the perfect beverage to drink all year round. [MUSIC PLAYING]
