Elavon Talech - Nest Cafe

Choosing the right technology for your specific location is very difficult because depending on what you're trying to accomplish, it could be a little bit intimidating to choose what you need to, as far as POS systems are concerned. You can automatically set up discounts for certain promotions that you have. For example, we have a Thirsty Thursday night where we offer 25% off all beer and wine. And all your employees have to do is bring up that beer or wine just like they normally would. And it automatically sets the 25% off discount in it for you. You can go in and track all of your inventory, and what's selling, and what's selling on which days, and which times, and which employees are actually doing the selling. And I really love that feature. It even tracks my payroll for me, which is another added benefit. And I just go into my payroll processing company and I just transfer it right over. It's that simple. The security that talech and Elavon provide is leaps and bounds above anybody else. It's encrypted and it's going to a specific bank account, so that all your transactions and processes at the end of the night are as easy as one quick button. And they batch and they go straight to your account. It's awesome that Elavon and talech offer the Ingenico chip readers because that's already a heightened security feature that the customers like to utilize. Apple Pay and Google Wallet and things like that are also heightened security features that Elavon and talech offer. The training for the POS system is not that difficult. If you've used any sort of application with modern technology, it's very quick to learn. And it's all very user friendly. It really only took us one day on the register to train everybody. It's easy for the customers to utilize the interface, as well, whether they're redeeming something for a loyalty membership or they're typing in their name and their number, or their email, or tipping, even. It was very easy to coordinate Fanfare's loyalty program with the POS systems. And all you had to do was wait for an email, go online to Fanfare's website, type in how you wanted the loyalty program to work, and you were swiping cards 10 minutes later. The main benefits of being involved with Elavon and talech is definitely the support. So my backbone is this POS system. With inventory management control, systems management, payroll management, employee management, and all the security benefits and features that Elavon and talech offer, it really is like a technological general manager. Elavon's very genuine. You can tell that there is integrity behind the company, whereas other places are just mass producing emails to new restaurant owners to sell their product.
