[MUSIC PLAYING] Congratulations on your awesome new VIZIO SmartCast home theater display. We'll take you through all the steps you need to get it up and running in no time. First, connect the power cable to the back of the display, and then plug the other end into a power outlet. The display should turn on automatically. There are two ways to set up your display. You can download the free VIZIO SmartCast app on your mobile device or tablet, or easily set up using the included remote. In this video, we will walk you through the setup using the remote. If you are using the SmartCast app, the steps are essentially the same. On your remote. Press the center OK button to begin setup. Then select your preferred language. Next, select Home Use. And you will then be prompted to set up your home Wi-Fi network and enter your password. Your display will then check to see if it is up to date. If it's not, it will automatically begin downloading the latest update. If your display is up to date, then you will continue the initial setup process. Next, you will name your display by selecting which room your device is located. You can choose these predefined locations and that will become your display's name. Or you can add a custom name by selecting Add Custom Location towards the bottom of the screen. You will reach the Terms and Conditions page. Review and accept the terms. Then you will have a choice to register your VIZIO display or skip. Next, you can review the Viewing Data information and select Accept. Your VIZIO display is now set up, and you are ready to stream.
