Let's start with a cordless drill, a socket adapter, and one of the side bumpers. Place the bumper on the side of the dock at the level you would like, and attach the first bolt through the center hole so you can adjust the level. Now, secure the bumper with the remaining bolts. Let's install one of the corner bumpers flat against the dock. Insert one of the bolts at the desired height. Level it, then attach the next bolt. Now, let's install it on a corner. Before attaching, bend it around the corner to find the best position. Find the level on one side and attach the first bolt, then bend the bumper around the corner again and attach the second bolt. If you don't have a socket adapter, all you need is a drill and a socket wrench. First, mark your holes with your drill, a pencil, or even a screwdriver, then pre-drill the marked holes. Place the bumper back on and begin fastening the bolts. And there you have it, two quick installations.
