Hello, my name is Jonathan Mayer with Daewoo Electronics, and I'm here today to speak to you about Daewoo's new and exciting basic front load washer and dryer. These washers and dryers have what is called "smart washing" and "smart drying" capabilities. The washer is very simple to use where you could load into the washer any load of laundry, and the machine will automatically determine the amount of time and water needed to wash that specific load. The driver will do the same where you can add any load of wet clothes into the dryer and it will automatically determine the time needed to dry that specific load. The washer and dryer also have a very large capacity with the washer being at 4.0 cubic feet and the dryer being at 7.3 cubic feet, making it very suitable for any family with large laundry needs. There are 11 different cycles in the washer and dryer. You can select from any of the 11 cycles such as heavy duty, perm press, delicate, or even speed wash for when you're in a hurry. Another interesting cycle is the custom cycle, which can be used to select any of the preset options that you may please as well as the time and the temperature of the water. And you may use that custom cycle as much as want. As you can see, the control panel LED is very intelligent and very user friendly. It lights up. It makes a lot of noise and beeps and buzzes so it informs the consumer what cycles are going to be used in all the different features and benefits of each cycle. The vibration in these machines is very reduced because of the 4-point damper system that acts as a hydraulic, reducing any friction from the drum. The drum is also working with the direct drive motor that delivers direct energy to the drum as opposed to a traditional belt or pulley system. In the dryer you can see that the lint filter is conveniently located in the front of the machine for easy access as well. Both these machines are Energy Star qualified as well, as they sit on a 15 inch pedestal, which can be used for the storage of any laundry products such as towels, detergent bottles, softener bottles as well. These machines are very user friendly. There is no point to search any further for another machine that is more consumer friendly than the Daewoo front load washer and dryer. Thank you for watching.
