Hi. I'm Cal Hancock from Hancock Gourmet Lobster and Maine Coast Gourmet Lobster. I'm here in my kitchen in Cundy's Harbor, Maine, and I want to tell you a little bit about our Maine Clambake. We've had our products on Costco.com for several years, but I wanted to tell you personally about our Maine Clambake. We developed it in conjunction with the food buyer at Costco.com who really knows food and he really knows what you like. The great thing about our Maine Clambake is that you don't have to be on the beach and you don't have to be in Maine to have a great Maine clambake. It's our concept of a clambake in a bag. This is a very heavy foil bag. Everything is right inside here. And all you have to do is put it in your oven or your could put it on your outdoor grill and it will cook right in this foil bag. Now I've taken this one right out of the oven. And I'm just going to open this up. And this is all you have to do. I'm gonna just slip down the middle. Phew. See that steam? Mmm. [INAUDIBLE]. And you can see what we've got here, which is just fabulous. Oh wee. All right. So what we have is this great, fresh, seafood Maine clambake. We have two lobster tails. We have big, yummy, large shrimp, clams, mussels, and sweet baby potatoes. And this is all drenched in a lemon herb butter that you can see right here. I'm just going to sort of dip it in right here. You can see this right here. Oh. And this all cooks together. It sort of steams together. And this is perfect for two, very generous for two. And this yummy lemon butter sauce is great for dipping. You can put it over rice, over pasta, whatever you'd like to do. Look at these shrimp. And the lobster tails. The clams are wonderful. The muscles are wonderful. You got the baby bakers. They're terrific. Perfect. Dinner for two. You know we make these fresh every day and they are shipped all over the country to all Costco.com customers.
